• Accessibility     We own and operate this hotel.  Chain hotels employ managers, who change like the wind.   You need something?  You get it -- from the owners.
• Personal Service    When you stay at the inn, you are served by Jay, Mary, Joe or Rebecca, and a small, hand-picked staff of like-minded, highly trained employees -- and no one else.
• Price    Chain motels must send between 10 and 30% of their gross back to a corporate office.  We are able to spend this margin on you, our valued guest, in the form of lower prices for more amenities.
• Sized to Fit    Most chain motels have -- at best -- two or three room sizes.  At our inn you choose from NINE different sizes of suites, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms, each with a different aviation theme -- each one completely different from anything you've ever seen!
• Uniqueness   When you stay at a "McHotel" your choices are limited to "smoking or non?" and "single or double?"    When you stay with us, your choices may take ten minutes to explain!   With each suite utterly different, and many options to choose from -- from airplane rides to Godiva chocolates -- your lodging experience with us will always be utterly unique.
• Locally Owned    In an era of multi-national corporations, there's something comforting in knowing that there are still high-quality "mom and pop" hotels in the world.   Mary and I live in Iowa City, our kids attend school in Iowa City, we base our plane at Iowa City airport,  and we're committed to Iowa City.  Can a chain hotel say *that* when they change names, owners -- and service -- every few months?
