Mon, July 24th Our friends, Brian & Christine Douglas, worked as EAA volunteers this year, and kindly offered to let us load up their van with "stuff" that we purchase for the hotel. (Oshkosh is the "Mother Lode" for all sorts of aviation memorabilia and artwork. We routinely buy enough to decorate the next several aviation theme suites.) So, it was "shop-till-you-drop" time, with the "Fly Market" the order of the day....followed by the Beach Boys in concert, followed by some heavy-duty relaxing at the campsite.
