Biplane Flight of 3 to Amana Filmed in July 2007, I
shot this video from the front cockpit of a 1929 Travel Air biplane, whilst
flying in formation with a 1941 Stearman, and a 1932 P6E Hawk replica.

several occasion. (Sadly, this aircraft no longer flies, and is on
static display in South Korea, of all places...) This low-res video

In-Flight In August, 2006, Iowa City's tarmac was
graced by "Rose", a 1943 Douglas DC-3 that participated in the 1944 D-Day
landings in France. The crew of this lovely lady spent the night with
us, resulting in this video, taken from inside the cabin, that shows the
crew synching the props. |

last flying Grumman Wildcats flew into Iowa City for the re-dedication of
the University of Iowa's Kinnick Stadium. (Iowa football star Nile
Kinnick was killed flying a Wildcat in World War II) This is a short video
