99s Luncheon - November 21, 2004
The Iowa Chapter of the 99s (the International Organization of Women Pilots) has held their fall meeting at the Inn every November since we opened.
Each year we seem to be able to offer them a better setting -- and each year the group grows! Our first year of hosting it we held the luncheon in a regular 2-bedroom suite. The second year was held in the newly-completed Amelia Earhart Suite.
This year lunch was catered in the newly completed "United Air Lines Meeting Room" -- a much more comfortable setting for a luncheon!
With good VFR weather, attendees from all over Iowa were able to fly in for the meeting. Here are a few pictures from the day....
